It is designed, engineered and manufactured in Australia by Crossmuller with local software teams available for technical backup and support.

The Hive is a revolutionary robotic vertical panel management system that will completely transform the operation, functionality, and success of any factory.
It is designed, engineered and manufactured in Australia by Crossmuller with local software teams available for technical backup and support.
In addition to the overall mechanical design and layout, Crossmuller's Systems Integration division provided a fully integrated line control system based around Wonderware's MES for work order execution, data tracking and inventory management.
The Hive allows for sorting of orders into dispatch lots for packing, creating organisation and the opportunity for better factory and material optimisation, with advanced sorting capacity.
With various configuration options, the system can be tailored to suit everyone. The modular structure can store carcass material, doors and panels
The sophisticated space-saving design means that trolleys cluttering factory floors are a thing of the past. Most importantly, it eliminates human error and damage to decorative materials through manual handling.
