Development in two stages:

Stage 1 – 2,859m² extension to the existing warehouse facility, existing fences, sheds, light poles and tanks to be removed, and an area of concrete hardstand is to be added.

Stage 2 – 3,036m² extension to the warehouse, new awnings covering 191m², additional hardstand areas throughout the site including an additional 48 parking spaces, new water detention design, relocation of existing pump house, new firefighting water tank and new firefighting appliances.
